radioalba.org christian is an ecumenical, internet-based radio which promotes prayer and news of good things happening in the churches and among people of faith. It is sponsored by Glasgow Churches Together and by the music Committee of the Archdiocese of Glasgow.

7.00: Daily Morning Prayers for the week of Pentecost are led by Clare McDonald, Stephen Eric Smyth, John Carroll, Gerry Fitzpatrick, Pat Graham SND and Donald MacInnes. Music by The St Mungo Singers with cantors Grace Buckley and Noel Donnelly, organist Jane McKenna, and harpist Noel Donnelly.7.15 Morning Prayer for the young is led by John Paul with Catriona Glen in the Mallaig Sprinkling Song.
7.20: Canon Bob Hill reflects on the Gospel passage for Trinity Sunday
and we hear short introductions to the readings for the daily liturgy next week from the Liturgical Calendar.
7.25: a Blessing of the sick taken from the event Vatican document which includes prayer during the Pandemic
7.30: In our Magazine we hear Marian Pallister of Scottish Justice and Peace on the ‘cry of the earth’,
and the ‘cry of the poor.’; Jean Swinbank on World Communications Day; Donald MacInnes on ‘Lodato Si’ Year;
‘Following the Sheep’ – a scriptural reflection from Dermot Connolly; and a poem by Catherine Montgomery.
