MONTH OF DEVOTION TO SACRED HEART:

This Monday, we enter the month of June. Traditionally in our Church there is a particular focus this month of devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. You are invited to place each day in the care of the Sacred Heart, by praying this simple Aspiration:
“Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place all my trust in Thee.”

Parents in particular are asked to pray with their children, inviting children to name the prayer intention for each day.
The Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus will be celebrated on Friday 19 June. This year as a parish family I invite you to join with me in praying a Novena to the Sacred Heart in the nine days leading up to the Feast Day. I have attached an invitation to you all on a short video presentation below….
