EASTER SUNDAY 31st March 2024:

May God bless all of us in this our Jubilee Year in the parish of Clonleigh.

THANK YOU for your generosity in last week’s collection, which amounted to €2,590.00

SINCERE THANKS to all who helped or participated in any way in our Lenten, Holy Week and Easter Masses and ceremonies, including our Scripture readers, Eucharistic Ministers, rota organisers, choirs and, of course, our two great young altar-boys.   I am deeply indebted to our Liturgy Working Group for their careful attention to ensuring that the décor on our sanctuary is always in keeping with the liturgical seasons.
Thank you, as always, to our sacristan, Hugh, for his faithful dedication to his duties and for keeping our church so well at all times.  It is much appreciated.  Thank you also to our faithful Rosary Group for leading us in prayer each weekday morning, not just during Lent but throughout the year.  This is a very special time of prayer for our parish each morning.

I wish you and your families every blessing this Easter.  May the joys of the Resurrection fill your hearts and homes with peace, joy and love. Stay safe when you are out and about over the Easter break and enjoy the holiday period.  Let’s hope that the weather starts to do us some favours!

Thank you all for your prayers, encouragement, kindness and good wishes to me. They are greatly appreciated.  May God bless you all.  Happy Easter.

Fr Colm.
